How To Register for the Luncheon
Pre-Payment is a Must! Registration closes on Tuesday before the lunch at 7 pm.
In order that we might spend more time “networking” at our luncheon and not spend so much time in registering and collecting money, we are now asking that you PREPAY for your luncheon using PayPal. Just select the Paypal button below and follow the instructions. Everyone must use our Paypal Account! No exceptions!
Our list of attendees will be taken from the prepaid list from PayPal. You must PREPAY by 7:00 pm on Tuesday before the luncheon. If you pay and are unable to attend, we will NOT be able to refund your money as the restaurant will charge us for your luncheon because of the count given to them.
While we understand plans change and your available time fluctuates, we have certain restrictions, imposed by the hotel, whereby we must provide a final headcount for lunch by Tuesday, 7:00 pm prior to the lunch.
Because of our Hotel commitment, we can not offer any cancellations or refunds for any reason including weather after 5pm Sunday before the meeting. You can send a substitute in your place. We are obligated to the hotel for full payment whether or not you show up after that day.
Sponsors must pay 30 days in advance or a new sponsor will be found. If a sponsor cancels between 30 days and 5pm Sunday before the meeting, the sponsor fee can be applied to a future date. If a sponsor cancels after 5pm Sunday, they must pay $19 for the meal and can be refunded $23 or move it towards a future sponsorship.
