Cancellations are accepted if submitted before 8pm on Friday, 6 days prior to the meeting. If you miss this deadline, you can send a substitute in your place as no refunds or cancellations, including weather, are offered.

Sponsors must pay in advance or a new sponsor will be found. If a sponsor cancels between 30 days and 8pm Friday of the week before the meeting, the sponsorship fee will be applied to a future date.
