Sponsor Benefits:

  • Optional: lunch table reserved to invite guests to sit with you
  • Optional: set up a drawing for a door prize by collecting attendee business cards at your display table

Sponsor Requirements:

  • Arrive in time to be completely set up by 9:30am
  • Plan to stay after for additional relationship building
  • Be prepared by planning a rehearsed 10 minute talk, using the "less is more" concept. Too much information overwhelms guests
  • Manage your speaking time, you will not be allowed to run over time

Promotion:

  • Sponsor may advertise the event on her website or blog
  • WOSFNG promotes the event through our website, featuring your name, business name and web address
  • WOSFNG promotes your business in the email blasts sent to over 400 fabulous women

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT: This agreement is for the purpose of outlining the details of your upcoming sponsorship with Women of Santa Fe Networking Group. Please fill out the request form below and acknowledge our policies by signing.

Once you have been approved by an administrator, please return to this page to pay the $40 fee. Do not pay the fee until you have heard from one of the board members with approval.

Policies

Because of our Hotel commitment, we can not offer any cancellations or refunds for any reason including weather after 5pm Sunday before the meeting. You can send a substitute in your place. We are obligated to the hotel for full payment whether or not you show up after that day.

Sponsors must reserve 45 days in advance and pay 30 days in advance or a new sponsor will be found. If a sponsor cancels between 30 days and 5pm Sunday before the meeting, the sponsor fee can be applied to a future date. If a sponsor cancels after 5pm Sunday, they must pay $27 for the meal and can be refunded $33 or move it towards a future sponsorship.
